A: IsaPulse+ is a mobile app designed to help you manage your business seamlessly. It lets you track income, manage Customer relationships, share content on social media, and stay connected with your community.  

A: The app can be used by Associates to manage their business operations more efficiently. 

A: Yes, the app is free to download and use, but advanced features may require a subscription. The app offers you a “Try free for 14 days” trial of the upgraded Pro version. 

A: IsaPulse+ is available for both iOS and Android users. Simply visit the App Store on your iPhone, iPad, or Google Play to download.

A: There is a prompt in the app to Upgrade your subscription” where you’ll be able to select a monthly or yearly subscription.  

A: The IsaPulse Pro verison offers both monthly and annual subscriptions. Below are the prices for each market.* 

Monthly Subscription Cost: $9.99 (United States), $10.99 (Canada), $16.99 (Australia), $18.99 (New Zealand), €10.99 (Europe), £9.99 (United Kingdom), $199.99 (Mexico) 

  

Annual Subscription Cost: $99.99 (United States), $110.99 (Canada), $164.99 (Australia), $189.99 (New Zealand), €109.99 (Europe), £99.99 (United Kingdom), $2,029.99 (Mexico)  

*The subscription amounts shown are subject to applicable taxes, which will be calculated and applied by the Apple and Google Play App Store at the time of purchase. 

A: It will be through the credit card that is tied to the account information that is set up through your respective (Apple or Google) account.  

A: You will log in using your Associate Back Office credentials.  

A: There is a ‘Forgot Password’ button on the login screen that will help you gain access, or you can always contact support. 

A:  The IsaPulse+ app is available in the U.S., Puerto Rico, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, European countries, and Mexico. Translations are supported in English, Spanish, French, German, Dutch, and Italian. 

A: To access support, go to: More > Settings > Report a Problem and fill out the form. Be sure to include as much detail as possible to explain your issue. 

A: No action is required to cancel your free subscription. It will auto-cancel when the app retires on January 31, 2025, at which point, you will no longer have access to your account. 

A1: If you purchased your Penny PRO subscription through the iOS or Google Play App Store, please contact the respective store directly to request cancellation.  

 

A2: Subscriptions purchased via the Penny website will automatically be cancelled when the app retires on January 31, 2025. To cancel your subscription before, log in to your Penny account at any time. To cancel, go to Account Settings, select Billing, and choose Cancel Subscription. 

A1: Export Your Prospects: Ensure you export the contact information of your prospects who do not have Isagenix accounts set up. Your Isagenix Customers and Members will automatically appear in IsaPulse+. 

 

A2: Save Your Notes: If you’ve used the notes feature in Penny for prospects and Customers, manually collect these, as they will not be transferred to IsaPulse+. Notes will no longer be accessible after January 31, 2025, or when your account is canceled, whichever comes first. 

A: Cancellations must be managed through the Apple Store or the Google Play StoreRefund policies are determined by the respective app stores, please refer to their guidelines for more information.
