For Associates that have not yet reached Executive status, Personally Enrolled team members who are currently Paid-As Consultant count towards your total. In addition, PE Consultants who are not currently Paid-As Consultant, count towards your Crystal Bonus qualifications if you help them regain Paid-As Consultant status!


All Platinum business centres participate independently within the Crystal Reset, and qualification is based on the Recognition Rank for each individual business centre as of 26 December 2022.


You will receive the Crystal Reset bonus payout a week in arrears after it is achieved. Crystal Executive Bonuses may be held for 2 weeks. 

No. However, you can still earn the Crystal Bonus for any new rank you haven’t previously achieved.

Yes, current paid-as Consultants will count towards new ranks for Associates who are not Executives as of Dec. 26, 2022. Example: I’m currently a Manager going for the Crystal Director bonus, and I already have four paid-as Consultants, I only need two more paid-as Consultants by April 25, 2023, to earn the Crystal Director bonus. 

You simply create new personally enrolled Consultants within the set timelines, 2 for Crystal Manager, 6 for Crystal Director, 10 for Crystal Executive. Placement on the left or right does not matter for these new Consultants. 

Your Recognition Rank is the highest rank you’ve ever achieved with your Isagenix business. You can see your Recognition Rank by clicking the View My Business button in the Associate Back Office. 

The Crystal Reset report shows how many paid-aConsultants you currently have in your 1PET. This report will be available in your Back Office starting on 26 December.

The 1PET is the first level of your Personally Enrolled team. Personally Enrolled means you helped someone open a membership account with Isagenix – whether they’re Customer or Associate, they are considered your Personally Enrolled Member, and they are assigned a place on your Team Placement Tree – on either your Left Sales Team or your Right Sales Team.

Yes, Consultants enrolled in other countries count toward your reset.

As of 26 December there will be a new report in the Back Office under Contest and Promotions reports tab of the Back Office titled “Crystal Reset Report New!”
