At the end of every Commission Month, we take the highest Commission Level achieved by the Brand Partner, recalculate their lower weekly Commission Levels, and pay the difference through a month-end bonus. This helps keep our Brand Partners motivated regardless of the date on the calendar!

When a person clicks on a Brand Partner link, they are directed to the Product Description Page (PDP) for the product shared. Like any others who purchase from Isagenix, Customers purchasing from Brand Partner links can choose from three checkout options:

  • Create a Preferred Customer account and join with Subscription Rewards*
  • Create a Preferred Customer account*
  • Purchase as a Guest and pay retail prices

Whatever they choose, commissions for Brand Partners remain the same.

*Anyone who creates a Customer account from a Brand Partner link will automatically be placed on the Brand Partner’s outside leg.

When a purchase is made from a Brand Partner link, it will automatically appear in the commission section of the Brand Partner’s dashboard, where they can track total earnings, amounts needed to achieve the next Commission Level, and more.

Although Brand Partners won’t be provided with full names or contact information, they will be able to see purchases on the Brand Partner Customer Orders page.

Yes. Purchases through Brand Partner links, whether the person is reordering as a Guest or through a Customer account they opened, will count towards Brand Partner commissions each month.

As long as the purchaser uses the Brand Partner link, even if they choose a different product from the one the Brand Partner shared, the Brand Partner still earns the commission.

Isagenix provides a free content library and social media guide, but Brand Partners may create their own content to connect with their followers more authentically. They must adhere to the Product Claims Guidance and any other guidelines, including the Acceptable Use Policy.

While a Brand Partner’s arrangement with Isagenix is not exclusive, they are still subject to the same non-solicitation agreements that Associates are subject to.

Brand Partners can share Isagenix products wherever we’re open for business, excluding Mexico. Commissions are automatically calculated and converted to the Brand Partner’s local currency.

Yes. Both Brand Partners and their Customers will have access to the regular Customer Care service line. They’re available Monday to Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm AEDT/AEST on (AU) 1300 651 979 or (NZ) 0800 451 291 and via email on CustomerServiceANZ@IsagenixCorp.com.
