HOST YOUR OWN EVENT
Hosts must register their event with the Field Development team at a minimum of 2 weeks in advance of the event date. This allows time to organise any flyers, product support or general event support required.
The following details must be provided in their notification:
- Date/Time of Event
- Location
- Type of Event
- Face to Face
- Virtual
- Co-Hosted*
- Theme or Title of Event
- Focus of the Event
- Expected number of guests (to be provided to the Field Development Team 1 week prior)
Leadership Summit Qualification
You must provide the Field Development Team with a photo which shows the guests who attended your event. This can be in the form of a group shot, or a screenshot of the attendees if it is a virtual event.
*For co-hosted events, multiple hosts may be eligible to earn trip points, provided all co-hosts agree to contribute equally to the planning and execution of the event. This includes shared responsibility for event coordination; for inviting and securing guest attendance; and being present at the time of the event. Each co-host is required to register their own guest list directly with the Field Development Manager in advance of the event.
Please Note: One on one catch ups and regular team meetings will not be considered as an Associate Run Opportunity Meeting. If the registered event achieves less than 50% of the projected attendance, this will also not be considered as a qualified opportunity meeting.
