FAQ’s

A: You must be paid-as Executive every day of each week within the commission months of April – November (29 April – 25 November 2024) to qualify.  However, there is a 4-week non-consecutive grace period. 

A: Yes, there is a 4-week non-consecutive grace period (minimum 26/30 weeks paid–as Executive). For example, Susan maintains paid–as Executive the first 3 weeks of the May commission month but has a day in the fourth week where she doesn’t maintain paid-as Executive status, she will use one of her 4 grace week periods and will have three remaining for the rest of the qualification period, which ends 25 November 2024 3:59pm AEDT.

A: Yes, if they were qualified enrolments during the contest period, they will count towards the criteria.

A: Normal credit card and manipulation policies apply. The account holder cannot use their personal credit card or payment method on multiple non-family related accounts throughout the competition. The account holder’s credit card cannot be used on any required Manager rank advancements.

A: No, spots for the trip will be allocated based on top earnings in the Team Builder Bonus and meeting the other trip criteria.  

A: No, CRP enrolments are excluded.

A: The participating markets are the US, PR, CA, MX, AU, NZ, UK and EU.

A: Yes, for your enrolment to contribute to the contest, the new Member must join with Subscription Rewards and fulfill the initial order of 100 QV.

A: Yes! You and one guest (two people per qualifying business centre) will be eligible for any incentives earned if you qualify. Any additional unqualified guests attending the event will not be eligible for any earned incentives or be able to attend any of the event functions. Please note qualifiers and guests MUST be 18 years of age to attend the Tier 2 trip to Riviera Maya, MX (adults–only resort). You can bring a guest who qualified for the other trip/tier in this promotion.

A: All qualifiers will be announced on 6 December 2024.

        Tier 1:  

  • Economy airfare is included

    Tier 2:  
  • Each business center will receive a US$1,200 travel cash stipend to use towards flights if they choose to do so. Each Attendee is responsible for booking their own flights

          Tier 1:  

  • Isagenix will provide roundtrip airport ground transportation on the event’s main arrival and departure dates. If you are traveling outside of these dates, you are responsible for arranging your own transportation
  • An Isagenix staff member will arrange your ground transportation
     

    Tier 2:  

  • Each business center will receive a US$1,200 travel cash stipend for ground transportation if they choose to do so. Each Attendee is responsible for booking their own ground transportation (Please refer to the helpful links below for several ground transportation service options)

Tier 1:

No, the hotel is not all-inclusive. Isagenix covers room, tax, and resort fees for the event dates only with check-in on April 6, 2025, and check-out on April 10, 2025, (4 nights) for up to double occupancy. As is standard, the hotel requires a credit card on file to cover any additional nights, upgrades, or incidentals during your stay, which will be your responsibility.  

Tier 2:

Yes, the hotel is all-inclusive. Isagenix covers room, tax, and resort fees for the event dates only with check-in on Feb. 27, 2025, and check-out on March 2, 2025, (3 nights) for up to double occupancy. As is standard, the hotel requires a credit card on file to cover any additional nights, upgrades, or incidentals during your stay, which will be your responsibility.
